Iowa City West Throws Camp
Chase Madison will be coming to West High on March 3rd to put on a great throws clinic. West High does not collect any of the proceeds. We are simply providing the space for Chase and facilities. Limited spaces so please sign up as soon as you can.

| 1:00 PM – 2:15 PM | Throws Instruction and Practice for the Discus |
| 1:15 PM – 3:00 PM | Speed, Power, and Strength Development for the Throws |
Note: All attendees will receive a flash drive containing all camp material, t-shirt, and videos of their throws at the camp
