To be selected to the Hall of Fame, the candidate must receive a majority vote of the Hall of Fame Committee and then must receive 2/3 of the votes cast by the Selection Committee, past IATC Presidents and any other IATC members as appointed by the Hall of Fame Committee Chairman.
